35" Round Copper Fire Pit

A dome shaped removable screen contains sparking embers and can be lifted off with the convenient lifting tool so your hands don't have to touch a hot surface. The heavy-gauge log grate ensures proper airflow for wood burning. The bowl is approximately 4 to 5 inches deep and will withstand temperatures up to 1700 degrees. A vinyl cover is included to protect the fire pit from the elements when it's not in use. Detailed instructions assure easy assembly. The optional Easy Access Screen allows you to add firewood without removing the screen. This fire pit comes with a screen to protect you from embers, or you can use the drop-down menu above to add the Easy Access Screen for 35" Fire Pit. The Easy Access Screen for 35" Fire Pit is designed to prevent sparking embers from flying out and fits most fire bowls that measure 35 inches in diameter. The dome-shaped fire screen is hinged so half of the dome slides inside the other half, allowing you to add firewood without having to remove the screen from the fire pit. Quick note about Easy Access Screen: As with any outdoor steel product, periodic maintenance may be required to return painted steel surfaces to original appearance. Follow manufacturer's instructions and keep screen covered when not in use. Remove any rust with sandpaper or steel brush and repaint with grill paint suitable for high-temperature surfaces.

The fire bowl is cleaned with a solvent prior to packaging but no chemicals are used in the base metal, so cooking over this copper fire pit is completely safe. To make absolutely certain that all residual solvent is gone, you should burn a normal fire in the pit. After this first fire, the pit is primed and ready for cooking.
