(Sorghum brooms, made from the long tassels of a plant related to sugarcane, were invented late in the 18th century by a Massachusetts farmer who went on to invent a machine to manufacture them--an important event in the Industrial Revolution.) Please note that this item is not made for outdoor use. Wrought by hand of heavy-gauge hot-rolled steel, the Scrolled Tool Set stand is finished with a rich distressed patina protected by a high-density scratch-resistant coating.
